At Patterson Performance, we specialize in Foreign and Import cars, but will be happy to service you no matter what the car or the problem. We are particularly focused on the Saab line of cars, whether it is a 900, a 9000, an SPG or a Aero, or even a Viggen.

Speed Shop
For those who remember the old days of the speed shop, this was the place to go to when you wanted to take your stock automobile and make some changes to it, both cosmetic and functional. In those old days, better carburetors were installed, along with performance suspension components. The objective was to make your car perform just that much better. Patterson Performance will be doing just that. We would like to take your Saab and make it a bit faster, handle a bit more precisely or even look just a bit differently from everyone else.
NC State Inspection
While driving in today’s world, you have to be sure that your vehicle is as safe as the manufacturer intended it to be. In addition, everything should be done to reduce automobile emissions as much as possible. In keeping with that, North Carolina has it’s state inspection. This is where your car is checked to make sure it is safe and that it is as non-polluting as possible.
